Unless expressly agreed in writing, Motherland Journeys UK does not provide:
• International flight bookings
• Domestic flight bookings
• Accommodation bookings
• Passport services
• Visa or immigration services
• Travel insurance
• Medical advice or vaccinations
• Currency exchange services
These arrangements remain the responsibility of each traveller.
Our Booking Process
Step 1
Complete our online enquiry form and tell us about your travel plans, interests and preferred dates.
Step 2
We'll prepare a personalised quotation and private tour itinerary based on your requirements.
Step 3
Once you're happy with your itinerary, a non-refundable booking deposit of £60 per adult and £25 per child is required to secure your tour dates.
Step 4
We'll finalise your tour itinerary, transport, guides and scheduled experiences.
Step 5
Your remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your tour start date.
Step 6
Before you travel, you'll receive your final itinerary together with all the information you need for your tour.
Before Booking Your Flights
As Motherland Journeys UK does not arrange international flights, we strongly recommend waiting until you have received written confirmation of your tour before purchasing airline tickets.
If you would like guidance on suitable arrival airports or recommended arrival times, we'll be happy to help.
Travel Documents
Every traveller is responsible for ensuring they have:
• A valid passport
• Any required visa or entry permit
• Required vaccination certificates (where applicable)
• Comprehensive travel insurance
• Any documentation required by their airline or immigration authorities
Passport, visa and entry requirements vary according to your nationality, country of residence and country of departure. Please check the latest official travel advice before travelling.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
Your policy should ideally include cover for:
• Emergency medical expenses
• Medical evacuation
• Trip cancellation
• Travel delays
• Lost or damaged baggage
• Personal belongings
• Personal liability
Travel insurance is not included with your tour.
Payments
To confirm your booking:
• A non-refundable booking deposit of £60 per adult and £25 per child is required to secure your tour dates.
• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before your tour start date.
Booking deposits are paid securely via PayPal.
Final balances are payable by bank transfer.
Customers making international payments are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees or currency conversion costs to ensure the full invoiced amount is received by Motherland Journeys UK.
Payment instructions will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.
