Before You Submit Your Enquiry

Please read the following information before requesting your personalised tour quotation:

• Motherland Journeys UK specialises in private guided tours and authentic cultural experiences throughout Ghana.

• We do not book or arrange international or domestic flights. Travellers are responsible for arranging their own flights.

• We do not book accommodation. Travellers are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We're happy to recommend trusted hotels if requested.

• Passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations and all other travel documentation remain the responsibility of each traveller.

• Your personalised quotation and tour itinerary will be prepared using the information you provide in your enquiry.

•A non-refundable booking deposit of £60 per adult and £25 per child is required to secure your tour dates and begin preparing your personalised itinerary.

• The remaining balance is due 45 days before your tour start date.

• Airport transfers and any optional extras are only included where specifically stated in your personalised quotation and booking confirmation.

• All tours and services are subject to availability until confirmed in writing by Motherland Journeys UK.
